Last weekend I've been to Hong Kong for a couple of days. Tried my first time couchsurfing and ended up staying with some really nice people from France and the Philippines. I like always had an awesome time in Hong Kong and like to share some moments with you guys. First post Hong Kong by night.

Elephant Mountain/Taipei 101

Last week we went to Elephant Mountain. A hill located in the middle of Taipei, from which you have an astonishing view of Taipei 101. Enjoy.

Haven't been able to take that much pictures lately due to getting used to living in Taiwan again and laziness, but I still have alot of unshow shots from the trip to the States and now found time to sort them out. Nothing special and definitely no artistic quality, but I still hope you might like the one or the other. There's still one or two more posts coming to the States. Cheerio.

Aufgrund von Fehlplanung bezüglich meines Fluges von Atlanta nach L.A. musste ich eine andere Möglichkeit finden von der Ost- and die Westküste zu kommen. Da hab ich mal spontan ein Ticket für ein typisch amerikanisches Fortbewegunsmittel gebucht, den Greyhound Busservice. 51 Stunden Busfahrt am Stück hieß das dann. Zwischenstopps in unter anderem in Dallas, El Paso und Phoenix um nur ein paar zu nennen. Ein paar Bilder sind auf der Strecke auch entstanden.

USA: Georgia Aquarium

Gerade gestern aus dem Kurzurlaub in den Staaten zurück gekommen und hier sind auch schonmal die ersten Eindrücke. Die Bilder sind im Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta aufgenommen worden. So viel ich weiß dem größten Aquarium der Welt. Yay.
In den USA war ich ausschließlich mit dem Nikkor 35mm f1.8 unterwegs. Zum einen aus Gewichts- und Platzgründen, zum anderen um durch die Einschränkung auf die Festbrennweite ein wenig mehr gestalterisch zu arbeiten und mich im Raum zu bewegen.
